Traditional Relaxation or Therapeutic Swedish Massage - “Relaxation Vacation” 70 min
Slip away to another place and encourage your aches and pains to do so too! Swedish massage uses varying degrees of pressure, tension, motion, and vibration to encourage muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, and organs to relax.

Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage - “Rockin’ Respite” 75 min
Journey back to a slower, more peaceful time! Experience a deep, relaxing massage with heated, smooth stones while others are left at points along the spine and torso and in the palms of your hands. Healing effects of heat include: ‘melting’ of tight muscles, break-up of scar tissue, and better range of motion. Please mention any areas of inflammation.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) - “Where Therapy Touches Tranquility” 70 min
This extremely gentle technique, developed by John E. Upledger, DO, enhances function in body membranes and in fluids surrounding the central nervous system and alleviates chronic pain. It facilitates the body's natural healing process helps to ease pain. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. A few of many symptoms successfully treated with Craniosacral Therapy include: TMJ, Migraine Headache, Learning Disabilities, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Autism, Scoliosis, CFS/Fibromyalgia

Stuffy Ear Treatment – Ear Candling and Craniosacral Therapy 70 min
Treatment begins with ear candling in both ears, one candle in each or two in one. The remainder of the treatment is a gentle and soothing Craniosacral treatment specifically geared toward the nasal and sinus area. Work around the chest cavity and inside the mouth might be involved should it be indicated. Additional candles are $10 each. Please allow 10 minutes for each additional candle.
